Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with FashNova. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 7 days of delivery. Exchanging or returning can be done quickly and easily by contacting our customer support team.
1) Return Period
- Customers have 7 days from the date of receiving their order to request a return or exchange without providing a reason.
- The return shipment must be sent back within these 7 days.
- Any returns received after this period may not be accepted.
2) Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
- Original packaging, labels, and tags must remain attached.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returns are at the customer’s own expense and depend on the courier and country of return.
Exceptions & Special Conditions:
- Sale items: No refunds are provided for sale items. These can only be exchanged for another item or redeemed as store credit.
- 1+1 deals / bundles: Both items must be returned together for a refund. If you wish to exchange only one item (size or color), you may return that item while keeping the other.
- Non-returnable products: Intimates, lingerie, swimwear, and personalized items cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization reasons.
3) Return Process
- Contact us at getfasshnova@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, follow the provided return instructions.
- Ship your item(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving them.
- Keep your return tracking number for reference.
4) Refunds
- After receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you via email about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return.
- Once refunded, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 3 additional days for the amount to appear in your bank account, depending on your provider.
5) Exchanges
- Exchanges can be made for the same product in a different size or color (subject to stock availability).
- If your requested item is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution (replacement item, store credit, or refund).
- Exchange processing begins as soon as your return request is registered, to ensure faster handling.
6) Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at getfashnova@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will cover return shipping costs and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
7) Processing Time
- We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible.
- Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected and processed within 10 working days.
- Refunds may take an additional 3 business days to appear in your account after processing.

Q: What if my exchange product is out of stock?
A: Our team will contact you with an update. You may choose an alternative product, store credit, or a refund.
